Terms of Service

^{By commissioning me, you agree to these terms and understand that violation of these terms may result in the cancellation of your commission and being blacklisted from any future commissions.}

━━━━━━━━━━━✧GENERAL✧━━━━━━━━━━━➤ I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at any time, for any reason, regardless of the amount offered.➤ I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the client is rude, hostile, or difficult to work with. Respectful communication is required at all times.➤ I reserve the right to share commissioned artwork publicly (portfolio, social media, commission sheets, etc.) for self-promotion. If you would prefer your commission remain private, you must inform me before payment.➤ I may decline to draw stolen, traced, or uncredited designs. Reference images are welcome, but they must not violate another artist’s rights.➤ I will not take commissions from individuals under the age of 16.━━━━━━━━✧PAYMENT & PROCESS✧━━━━━━━━━➤ Full payment is required upfront before any work begins.
• If your commission is $100 or more, it is eligible for a payment plan.➤ Work will not start until payment has been received and confirmed.➤ Major revisions must be requested during the sketch phase. Excessive revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.➤ I reserve the right to charge extra for extremely complex designs, rush orders, or major changes after approval.➤ Commercial use must be discussed and agreed upon beforehand and may require additional fees.• Commercial use refers to any use of the artwork for profit or promotional purposes, including but not limited to; merchandise production, branding, promotion, and use on streaming platforms.• Personal use means the artwork is used only for private, non-commercial purposes. This includes anything that does not generate money, promotion, or business-related benefit.➤ Commercial use base fees
• Personal use = base price
• Commercial (Non-Merch) = +50% to +100%
• Merchandise / Branding = +150% to +300%Refund Policy:
• If I cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel after work has started, refunds may be partial depending on progress.
• No refunds once the artwork is complete.━━━━━━━━━✧USAGE RIGHTS✧━━━━━━━━━━➤ I retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork at all times.➤ Once fully paid, you may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (profile pictures, banners, reposting with credit, etc.).➤ You may lightly edit the artwork for personal use (cropping, icons, resizing), but you may not alter it in a way that misrepresents my work, nor can you draw over it.You may NOT:
✘ Claim the artwork as your own
✘ Remove my signature/watermark
• You may request to have my watermark made smaller if you believe it's taking away from the artwork itself.
✘ Mint or use my art for NFTs
✘ Use my art for AI training or AI-generated derivatives
✘ Associate with / Upload my art to 18+ platforms with my name attached
✘ Pair my art with NSFW or explicit content
